Handy gadget for gourmets, this little dish will grate your garlic to a smooth puree. Scape the puree into your recipe, rinse the grater and wash easily in the sink or dishwasher.
To use the dish as a bread dipper just stir olive oil and a pinch of dried hot pepper in with the garlic puree and dip away. Yummm!
